Παρεµποδίσεις : Strong reducing agents like hydrosulfide (S2O42–), nitrite (NO2–) > 0.2 mg/L, sulfite (SO32–) >200 mg/L and thiosulfate (S2O32–) > 5 mg/L decrease the blue color and interfere. Oxygen reacts with sulfide and must be absent. Large quantities of color and turbidity interfere. Fats, oil, proteins, surfactants and tar interfere.
